Ya, PB or Kroil...Water Displacement, (army's 40'th try), isn't really a lubricant, at least not much better than...water. I'm not sure diesel or kerosene isn't about as good as anything, but the PB can is awful handy...Just my .02.
Heat is your BEST friend. Makes a huge difference if you can get a nut real hot.

WD-40 was intended to prevent corrosion forming from standing water. It's not a lubricant or a penetrating oil.
PB Blaster is excellent, and the GM stuff really does work great.

Seafoam deep creep hands down. It's more expensive but works way better than pb blast, which was all I used to use, and the fact it's designed to be used with heat makes it even more appealing to most.
Cheapest I've found it here is at menards for about 8$ a can and I know advance had it for like 12$....and IMHO it's worth every penny.

PB Blaster is ****.
Liquid Wrench is ****.
Kroil or BG In-Force.
I personally use BG cause its readily available at the garage. You can actually hear the frozen parts popping apart. After you use BG or Kroil the only thing you'll ever use PB for is filling up your trash can.

PB Blaster or Seafoam deep creep. Deep creep if you are going to heat it up. I prefer PB personally. Cheaper and far better than wd-40. I have never used the other ones mentioned.
