I will start off by saying I do like the tread design of those Simex tires. At only $170 ish a tire its a great price. I'm not sure how you can even say swamper and Simex in the same sentence? That's like comparing a decent honda to a BMW. While there isn't anything wrong with the Honda its not a BMW. There is a reason for that. I had a buddy with a set of them. They done reall well off road for the price. I don't know about yours but his were rated at 50MPH and he found out the hard way on why. He he was going about 65 and his front left exploded. It was from the heat in the center of the tire. Weak sidewalls if you were comparing to a Swamper too. They do look aggressive for the price and are probably a good option for the OP but there is not place on earth they should be compared to the Swampers. My swampers have about 25K miles on them and are only around 40-50%.

They are simex jungle trekker copies. Dot approved, radials, e range load rated. 50mph speed rated. But they are smooth at 70. I have taken them on all day trip before.
Surprisingly smooth on the road. They do wander a bit. Off road they pretty much rule. As good as a blogger in the goo, and better than a TSL on the trail.
They say I should get 50000 miles out of them, which I find hard to believe. We will see.

My brother had a 34 10.50 tSL come apart on the freeway( brand new). And I had a 34 9.5 blow out. So I have had my share of tire problems. LOL
But on and off road these tires do handle better than the tsl. Even in the mud. Much better on the trail. Its probably why these are the tire of choice for off road competition in European events.
I am still skeptical of them and just hope they last, and don't come apart! LOL.

Well I was worried about the speed rating. This is my daily driver. I went on a 4wd trip last week. Several hundred miles round trip. Hit the freeway on the way back running a constant 70 mph. As soon as I pulled in to the house I check for heat. They were literally cool! All I can figure is because these are remolds. And they are radials. Where the simex is bias.

They do alright in a mild offroad situation, but they're not going to get you through much deep mud...

I wish you luck. I can't run re-treads. My wife sells tires and she won't allow it haha. But since I can get tires as cheap as I can I'm not to worried about them. I got my master crafts for $132 from her when I got them new. Swampers she gets for $250ish so that's worth it to me for the sidewall protection. I'm not trying to down the simex. Just can't agree the are as good as a TSL super swamper radial. They may preform well off road but the test would be climbing up some sharp rocks and see how those sides hold up.
You get a good deal on them. I would have to pay 100 a tire more compared to the remolds. Time will tell. If they turn out to be bad I will post up. So far so good though at close to 1000 miles.
