if you go to the site and look at the pics, the only difference as far as links go is the rc is a y on both sides connecting to both upper and lower control arm mounts, where as the iron rock one is only a y on one side, where on the other it's just an arm connecting to the lower mount. I suppose that might let it twist a little more, but I'm not really seeing how.
I don't have any personal experience with a 3 link set up, again its just what I've read from other users. Might just have to google it and see if there's any plus sides to going to a 3 Link.

I'm just wondering if 3 link and radius arm are proper labels for these 2 kits is all.

I ended up with a Serious Off-road longarm setup from FrankZ. For the workmanship he puts into them you can't beat it. The price is just right as well. The T&T kit is a good choice too. I wheel with those guys and there stuff is on point.
