Thanks, a lot! Every time I spend money I look back and always think I overspent. After looking at a few of them I do think however, it's an OK deal. One thing about the Cherokees is they don't make them anymore so they keep getting older, more miles, and a shorter supply. I wonder what the supply will look like in 10 years or so.

Anyhow, it's interesting about the "heat" trick on the plastic molding, I would of never guessed a solution like that. I was thinking of going to the Jeep dealer and buying a set so I have them many years from now when the supply is gone and I really need them.

I'm gonna try the heat trick first, i'll post photos when I do it and it gets above 5 degrees!

Prerunner, does yours have any lift or is that stock just like Jeepkid?

thanks! I really like yours it looks great! My previous XJ was black but it was totaled. I was unsure of the silver when I first got it but its starting to grow on me. Mostly because of the fact that it doesn't really show scratches as much as the black did.

Silver was actually my first choice but every one I looked at was black or red. I'm just happy I got one.

I would like to buy one more then I'm done! It's crazy but I love the 87 model with wood grain! For whatever reason I just think it's the coolest.

Woodgrain is coming back baby!!!!!!!

I grew up in the backseat of an '87 limited my dad had. Your right though. The Cherokee Wagoneers are badass.

Oh Man!!! A guy down the road from me has a MINT one for sale at 4,700 and wont budge one dollar! I wouldn't either, you could eat off the floor, it's an original that got stored and never driven. The wood grain is flawless, and the chrome is showroom. 20 years from now we will all want one I bet. It like the last of the true raw factory trucks of it's type.

Its a good thing its not near me or I probably would have bought it, haha. If I didn't have my parents limiting me from bringing another cherokee to the driveway I would probably have a driveway full of them.
