I guess it's weird to me because here in England we can get an opposite drive vehicle with no problem since all the EU vehicles are LHD and we have common type approval.
Having said that, our postmen get out of their RHD vans.

I've heard nasty things about the diesel engine in the XJ, specifically the head gaskets and the lack of power. There are loads of diesels on the market in England if you want them - but I went with the 4.0
