I personally love my '95 2-door but they are a lot harder to find in Louisiana (although i'm pretty sure that is true everywhere..)
My only complaint is that mine isn't a 4x4 but I got it for $800 so I can't really complain much.
I totally agree with the people that said the standard is tricky to shift. Took me almost a month before I completely stopped killing it in traffic. I would stick with the automatic if I were you.
About the one on Craigslist you found:
It looks good and it has about the same number of miles I have on mine and it still runs great. The 4x4 not working sounds a little sketchy to me but that just because I don't trust people on Craigslist.
Just curious but does anyone know how he got the dash with a tachometer on a '90? I thought those were only 97+, maybe I'm wrong though.

needs vacuum lines to get the 4x4 working? i.e. the 4x4 doesn't work. he THINKS it's a vacuum line.
this is just personal preference, but i try not to buy vehicles in the winter, unless i know exactly what i'm getting. cold out, you won't inspect it well, some leaks can be blamed on the wet weather, can't really check the AC, overheating problems can be hidden.
