lol... I know exactly what he's saying.... and I've actually heard people in the South (Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, etc.) use a term called "Got mud in the tires". referring to having mud get up underneath the wheel's outer rim piece in the back and throw it out of balance.

If it were just that, I would have kept the wheels. Obviously if I get mud on the wheels, I need to spray it off to get back to balance. But what if it just rains, or I do clean the mud off the wheels and this groove is full of water, then it freezes into a block of ice? I lived with it for years and hated it, even though it probably only affected me for a week or two out of the year. It was frustrating.

I understood the ice issue also, it would drive me crazy too. I was working from T Bone's first comment and debate about his Engineering Education and terminology.
