Another vote of confidence. Hulk mode with a standard wrench or ratchet is fine. Mine's been on for two and a half years like that.
Loc-tite will just burn off. Proper compression of the gasket and a good seal along the manifold are a bigger concern than the fasteners backing out IMO. If you get them that tight they probaby aren't going anywhere.

No point - service heat will break it down. There's one grade that is formulated for exhaust head - #272 or #277, I think - check at industrial supply houses or MRO houses for it.
Me? I just use bronze screws, Belleville spring washers, and tighten them up every year. A couple usually come loose, usually the lower back.
