Ah, so if they could have their 4WD engaged at 80 MPH, perhaps an XJ without the stupid CAD could enter 4WD right as they hit 88 MPH and history will be rewritten.
i did 95 with my stock. 85 a few times after it was lifted. Now im lazy so i do speed limit and cause i don't give a **** to rush

hah, just messin... I've towed a car on a flatbed with my '88 mj 5spd doing 75-80 most the way on the 260mile trip..
keep young and dumb in mind though...no clues about 'fishtail' until I finally got there in lightning speed and told my uncle, who slapped me down with "all" the facts about towing something that outweighs you vehicle immensely..
