I have an eBay Chinese ARB knockoff snrokel. Cost $75, shipping was $80. Really worked it at a local ORV park for 2 days straight, held up great.

Last shot it hydrolocked after being parked like that for 15 minutes, because I had a vacuum leak unrelated to the snorkel system.

It does say a bunch of chinese lettering all over it, lmao. But I'm more of form < function kinda guy anyway. Plus I think it adds to the "LOL" factor of my rig.

Install was a breeze. Mind you, I used to have an ARB Safari Snorkel on my other XJ, so I kinda knew how it was supposed to go. And having owned both now, I can tell you honestly, it's very hard to find a difference between the two, both in design and quality.

Only gripe is where it meets the top end of the fender to run alongside the A pillar. Doesn't exactly match up, would be better if the bracket they gave you for the top on the A pillar was bent exactly the other way. Makes me think they had the right idea, but were looking at it backwards.

I think someone else on here posted the same link you have and it ended up costing more than $11.99 and a shipping cost of $160 sounds about right. If it were me I would go with the ebay one.

The total cost is about 180 but the eBay one is around the same price but I rather go with eBay since I would be able to trust it more since they have feedback and this is the only snorkel I have seem for this price. They usually run 300-400
