I only wave to the lifted or modified. Stockers never wave back.

I've got a wave system/rules that works great.. Which in short is wave at all 2dr wranglers and any built up or muddy Jeep that has a sfa. Return waves from any jeep that inniates first as long as I see said wave.. It's a JEEP Wave people.. Not wrangler or cherokee specific

Same here.....most stock XJ's around here are owned by people that aren't into wheelin, lifts, etc. Its actually kind off odd here. There are lots of lifted jeeps but the cherokee has gained quite a cult following of "whole foods" types too. Lots of middle class folks buying these XJ's up fast! Seriously, they last a day or two when up for sale. I think people are realizing what a great engine/vehicle it really is. But these folks DO NOT wave!! LOL The modified XJ's do.

I was surprised to get a head nod from a guy in a lifted cj-7 a couple of weeks ago at a stoplight.

Usually cj guys wave least I get them. My dad waves to everyone in his 2a. I think cj owners especially the later models understand the true origins of the wave a little better and wave to everyone.

As a Cj7 owner I tend to wave to most other Jeepers and get a return wave maybe 30%-40% of the time. Driving the XJ I've pretty much given up on waving since I hardly ever get any waves in return.

I get a ton of waves in my XJ. 4.5 " lift, 30 inch snow tires, but I've got my stickers and roof rack and lights all rigged and you can tell she's a wheeler. Even a few stockers wave at me. Blazers also have waved at me around here. Just wheelers in general around here.
