Wondering if anyone has swapped one of these into a XJ ? Went to the J/Y yesterday and found lots of B body and E body mopars with the 8.75 rear. The B bodys were just a little over 60 inches wms to wms. They are drop out third members, 1.30 inch diameter, 30 spline non c clip shafts. Also 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern. Looks like a lot more ground clearance than the ford 8.8 and no c clips is a plus.Housing appears to be stronger than the XJ dana 44. Anybody running one of these or have any input, opinions?
