I tried the method of putting a shop vac on blower mode and put it in the tailpipe stuff a rag around it and let the air flow with the engine off of course and went around checking for air coming out and nothing really stood out just some air leaking near the muffle
I did find this not sure if this could ever be an issue looks cracked inside

That's not a crack, just a surface blem.
Since nothing's really broken and the sound annoys you only for a minute when accelerating maybe it's time to turn up the radio and enjoy your jeep. Drive it until something breaks - then you'll find the problem! (Sorry if that sounded harsh but I think you know what I mean.)

FWIW more time and money is spent chasing annoying noises than any other "legit" vehicle repair service. And then it costs ~20 bucks and takes ~20 minutes to fix after it breaks.
