Yeah thats them fella's.. Today is my last straw.. I better get answer or im just going to claim fraud. . This is ridiculous bad customer service at the least.. if anyone cant tell yet... never order from or suggest this place

I will call them later today to see if I get an answer.

Also this is another good reason to use Paypal. You can file a claim and they have to provide tracking otherwise the funds are pulled and returned to you. OR just use a credit card, not debit, so you can file a chargeback.

Yeah thats all I ever get too.. I did some backround on them and they seem legit but just horrible customer service.. Thanks for giving it a shot though fellas

After you get things squared away with CLS, call IRO. They're a great group of people and are on the ball with getting back to you.

Hi there, although I've never heard of that company, it looks like they are in part of the country that might have had a few days of bad weather. Perhaps they might have just lost power or under snow or something of that nature.

Either way, good luck with things!

I never even thought of that.. but here is the UPDATE.. i talked with Chris from CSl today. Great group of guys and he talked to me for like half an hour about the lift and install, etc. Very knowledable dude.. did not have a thing to say about them never getting back to me though and didnt even apologize for that. Said he had my invoice and my lift should ship in the next day..

Long story short- they seem like a great group of guys who own their own company, travel to do their own promoting, and have nobody left for customer assistance. Perfect life, but not so good business practices.. im very satisfied with our conversation but will not be using them again... until I read some great reviews and they expand the most important part of an off road business. CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Thank you to the fellow jeepers who reached out and gave me a hand with this!!

Gotta love the forum!

Glad to hear you got things squared away. I agree with customer service being the most important thing, especially with so many other options out there.

You'd think they'd at least have calls forwarded to their cell phones if they aren't around. If I had a business and people wanted to call and buy something etc. I'd make sure I was able to get that taken care of!

I just went made the mistake of ordering from them because they were like $100 cheaper on the shipping. Well I wish now I just paid the extra $100 and ordered directly from manufacturer. Here is the lovely email I sent them

"MUST HAVE CALLED 20-30 TIMES TODAY AND NEVER GOT A PERSON ON THE PHONE! I HAVE SENT 2 EMAILS AND HAVE LEFT 2 OR 3 VOICEMAILS OVER THE PAST WEEK!! I FINALLY TALKED TO SOMEONE YESTERDAY AND THEY DIDNT HAVE AN ANSWER FOR ME AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD EMAIL OR CALL ME BACK.... NEVER GOT A RESPONSE BACK.

I NEED TO KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER. WHY HAVENT I RECEIVED IT OR WHY IS IT NOT SHIPPED!? IM GETTING REALLY UPSET!! I DONT KNOW HOW A COMPANY WITH SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS STILL IN BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN AND THE ONLY REASON I HAVENT CANCELED THE ORDER IS BECAUSE NO ONE WILL RETURN AN EMAIL OR CALL. I WILL BE ADVISING PEOPLE VIA FORUMS AND WEBPAGES NOT TO ORDER FROM YOU If I DONT GET A RESPONSE TO THIS EMAIL!! THIS IS A PROMIS! "

It's been about 10 business day since I places the order. And the one guy I finally talked to couldn't tell my why it hasn't shipped. Said he needed to talk to the warehouse to find out. That was yesterday afternoon. Haven't heard a thing.

This is the most frustrating thing ever. They were so quick to get my $500 and now they can't even manage to send out my package.
