Looks good. Yeah you can pretty much count on those bolts breaking. I air hammer them through and fish bolts down but on my own XJ I cut the floor to gain access.

This is the best thing I have seen. Duh. I'm dealing with this issue right now, and I'm just gonna go at the bolts from above. Open up the floor, cut the nuts in half and chisel them out, then punch the bolts down from above. I'll use nice bolts with washers when I install the BPEs (they should be here on Thursday.)

The following quotes are similar to what I did also. Did not have to cut an access hole through cargo area.
On mine, I knocked out the weld nuts with an air-hammer, taped (scotch tape, just on the edges) a nut and washer to a box-end wrench, put it through the access hole in the mount and put the bolts in from below (then pulled the wrench out of course). This is another option to "fishing" the bolts in, either works fairly well.

when the rears broke on mine i knocked what was left out with a punch and hammer. fished new bolts in through the access hole underneath. unfortunately i've used this method 3x and finally the last time i installed a bpe. most difficult part for me was getting the wrench to sit squarely on the head of the bolt as the body gets in the way and the bolts do not appear to sit straight.
