Tons of write ups on this and it really depends on how much you're willing to cut and if you plan on using a lift as well.

Yes I know I just couldn't find any , an I'm willing to cut some but not a lot an I plan on lifting 1.5 - 2 inches for now an Mabey some wheel spacers an when people cut them off how do they prevent the exposed metal from rusting

The best way to do it is unbolt the flares and figure out how far in you want to example for an example 1 inch. Then you measure out and draw lines all the way around the fender 1 inch in length then you simply cut on those lines and fold them in with a hammer or mallet the just hit them with a can of paint to prevent rust and your done

You can also cut a little and mount your flares back on for a factory look.

If you zoom in on the rear fender you can see the rust spot

You can't just cut out the rear body. You have to either weld the body back together or cut and fold. The front you can cut all up but the rear is the body.

Can you weld? Have access to a welder? This is not a job for a beginner. It takes a bit of knowledge and talent to do it right....

Are you taking any English courses at the "collage" (college) you're attending?

Engrish prease...LOL

Hard to pin down an amount, it will depend on the amount of cancer you have and where. I can't tell from the first part of your sentence, but a brief experience welding before is not enough to do this job. The sheet metal is thin and takes some knowledge and skill to do right. Also depending again on the amount of rust, your vehicle may be down for quite a while while you do the work. So be aware. If your friends who can weld are proficient in sheet metal, have at it. You can cut sections out of a donor vehicle, or buy sheet stock. Cut out the bad and weld in the new. You might have to do some metal shaping as well. Use POR15 to seal it when done.
