The body looks trashed, but how many off your goodies survived? I'm assuming most since it sounds like your plan is to move them to another vehicle.

Sorry about your Jeep. It may be a sore subject, but I think people are just trying to use this as a lesson to others - drive safely. Not suggesting you were being careless...
I live in Michigan. We get some terrible snow storms and really nasty roads. I was sent 65 miles away on a job in a 2007 2 wheel drive 2500HD with highway tires and no weight in the bed.
Got hit with the worst ice/snow storm of the year that year. Drove the whole way there and the whole way back without incident, because you could SEE that the roads were slippery.
Rain is a different story. Rain can make roads very slick, especially if it hasn't rained in a while, and it takes people by surprise.
My driver's ed instructor taught me something that he said was very important.
He said "What is the first question you need to ask yourself when it starts to rain?"
The answer: "How long has it been since it rained last?"
Reason is, all of the oils and such on the road build up over time. Add water to oil and you have a very slippery situation.
We've been in a drought here in mid Michigan for the past 2 months. It rained yesterday morning, and I saw several people off in the median on the highway. They lost control because they didn't expect the roads to be slippery.
Get yourself some decent tires and take care when it rains.
