Thanks for the response. I am also a certified pipe welder. AWS Sque 80 D1.1 SMAW.

Just a small pet peeve when folks say "certified welder" and most of the public think oh okay this guy is good. But he could be certified only to weld titanium and not steel, if you catch what Im saying.

Awesome looking bumper. More pictures from farther away maybe?

That is a stock bumper with the stock swing out tire carrier. So, it looks normal minus the swing out.

Detour-- I wounder with mine if I cut out were the D-ring tabs go if it would work for me. I like them and I almost bought them awhile ago but the whole thing with mine being up like that bothered me. I also am interested in your Shock Relocators. Why no 3" anymore?

3" STM's......while the initial thought was kool, it's not really all that kool in the big picture.....I'll do custom lengths up to 2.25" by request.

Gotcha xjrev10, but be aware theres a huge difference between pipe welding & structural, as I'm sure you know........although most of my experiance with pipe welders come from the Boiler Makers Union and Electric Boat....(sub builders)....I've ran 13 story builds & bridge builds in the past......not much fun everyday....

Whats all the bumper talk?

he might Have been refering to my bumper picture. Its nothing though just stock stuff. If I order a set of your CR3 and they dont work can you take them back? I want to kinda try but I am frugal and dont like to waste money.

You should be sure you have 3" of clearance, were still build to order, really cant backlog the schedule on a possible return, it's not fare to the other Jeepers, our schedule.....etc...

Please be sure prior to ordering, I cant build, only to return & refund......it's waisted time & expence.......sounds a little harsh, but honestly...........

When drilling the holes for the bracket does the bolts go all the through? Like is it just 2 long bolts?

The 'U' shaped portion is a welded fabrication, 1/16" larger than the 2" box tube, the two bolts which tie it all together are 1/2", grade 8.
Yes, the bolts pass thru front to rear.

Do u kno what hitch was used in the photo? I have a reese class III drawtight so its pretty close to the bumper, just dont want to run into any issues. Also the photo with the lights in the bumper is that a stock bumper? I plan on doing something like that just wonder how u went about doing it

Yes, thats a stock bumper, layout the rectangular holes, drill a 1/8" hole or less in each corner of the rectangle......use a .045 cut off wheel on a right angle grinder (or other) and carefully follow your layout lines to each drilled hole, by drilling the holes, you wont 'cross-hatch' and get clean corners.

Brand unknown, there is aprox. a 1/2" gap between the base of the bumper & the top of the cross tube on hitch............if cross tube is flush, it will still work.....
