Detours Off-Road Tire Carriers
Has anyone here bought one from him? I ordered mine a month ago and still nothing. I email once a week to check on it and he still hasn't finished it. If anyone has bought one from him how long did it take to get yours? He said when I ordered it it would take no more than 12 business days. So...

Can't speak specifically to the Tire carrier, but I ordered a set of Slyders from him last year, and it did take quite a while. I think I was waiting about 10 weeks, give or take. The quality is solid, and I wasn't in a big rush, but as I recall, when I called him at week 8, he still hadn't started making them. I don't think I ever actually got an email response, but he answers the phone, and if you don't get him on the phone, leave a message, he called me back every time. Helluva' nice guy, does top notch work. For me, it was worth the wait. Good luck!

Well when I email him he usually gets back within a couple hours and says he's still working on it. Oh well. This Monday will be a month since I ordered it.

I bought his light bar a while back, he had to make it (wasn't in stock) and it did take a while to get it. I e-mailed him once or twice, then didn't want to bother him anymore. I knew he would ship it once it was don't.
hang in there, it sometimes take a little time but 1000% worth it. Wish I knew about him when I started my build instead when I was just about done....

Just a heads up if this is the tailbone carrier , I have over 80,000 miles on it with 3 different jeeps, all its needed from time to time is paint and grease it's never failed me with a 265/75/16 and a 315/75/16 no squeaks no problems at all.
I had his original prototype he sent me for an expedition vehicle I mounted it up and threw a 1500 mile trip on it.

This one is the knucklebone, I think that's what he calls it. Yeah it was definitely worth the wait. Went wheeling this past weekend and went through a whoop section going about 45-50 and it stayed solid. I was afraid it might come undone but the latches he puts on are pretty damn strong.
