I have a bit of experience with chrome-molly though from bike frames and it's good stuff, Aluminum not so much

i have never seen an aluminum roll cage... but i have seen a PVC roll bar. lol.

chromolly, well, might as well use titanium... a bit more money, but much lighter.

Never seen a pvc rollbar but seen a brush guard made out of copper piping before years ago.
