All I have to say is stick to the facts. I will not tolerate vendors on here talking trash to one another. You have personal issues take it off the site. Remember vendor status can be revoked at any point in time.

All members have a right to voice concerns they have with a vendor they have dealt with. All I ask is no name calling, trash talk and stick to the facts. This isn't grade school and i expect adults to act how they should. Voice your conern and you experience and move on.

That being said from here on out I see any trash talk and offending members will receive a ban and vendors could also lose their vendor status.

Actually I think at this point Cody and Ballisticdave need to talk this to PM's. This is an issue that needs to be handled. Once it's handled Cody can update us as to how it was handled.

I normally have good dealings with ballistic.

Bit the last time I ordered some brackets and other misc stuff. I also recieved the run around.

I paid for my order, waited a week to get an update. Then I called and was told it would all ship out "tomorrow" I asked them to give me a tracking number when shipped... never happened. I called again a week later and was told it would ship out the next day.2 weeks later I recieved half of my order. I called and complained. And whoever I talked to acted clueless and told me they would ship it right out. Again asked for a tracking number but never got one. Called again a week later to find out they never even had the part on stock.2 1/2 weeks more of run around I finally got everything.

I like ballistic and there products, but you guys need to fix your communication problems with customers. A little truthful information will go a long way in keeping people from badmouthing you on the forums

If a company can't provide a tracking number on an order IMHO they do not deserve any of my business. I have never had a company tell me they can't provide a shipping number. I mean you have a business UPS/Fedex account and you print your labels off and it's in the computer. Not rocket science.

True...most of the time.

Drop shipments from a supplier is another story altogether. Sometimes it simply takes time to get the number from the warehouse that ships the product.

It is my sincerest hope that this type of thing has been alleviated. We have undergone some drastic staff changes, and I honestly believe this type of thing has come to an end. If ever you need anything, I am available to help, anytime!

I will gladly look into this upon my return tomorrow. As far as parts being in stock....unfortunately calling today and then placing the order online at a later date...we simply can't guarantee stock that way. We have started holding parts for up to 24 hours for customers that call into verify stock. Honestly though, we can have shelves full one minute and gone the next. Our inventory is the most fluid I have ever seen in any company I have worked with.

I currently have just over 10k heims on order coming directly to us from the manufacturer. Once they arrive we will go through them almost instantly. That is why there are additional orders in place for more heims to arrive monthly.

As far as the refund goes. I'm not at the shop, I am working from home at the moment, so I can't speak intelligently about this.

FWIW - I'm not trying to make friends, I am trying to ensure that our customers are assisted at the level they should be, but if I don't know about someones issue...in this case yours, I am left to respond on forums instead of actually being able to assist you. Personally, when I have an issue with a company, I stop talking to the person helping me and ask for a manager. If I don't get the manager because he or she is unavailable, I leave a message or send an email. That's just me though.

I am happy to help by phone, in person or after the fact when the issue or problem is brought to my attention on a forum.

From your original message, or at least the one that is there now, I am going to assume that this situation has been handled. I will however be looking into it further tomorrow when I get back to the shop. Dave

All in all this is now handled. I have sent the remaining pieces red label delivery to the customer, arriving tomorrow to him, along with a pack of goodies, including a gift certificate code for a future order. Nothing I have done to react to this mistake is going to make this right, however, I hope to be able to move past this and do right by him and all of our customers in our future dealings.

I appreciate all that is said here, positive and negative. All feedback allows me to research issues, and then resolve them.

All the best! Dave
