Thanks! It certainly doesn't make up for the error, but hopefully it shows that we care. There is no excusing our mistake, no blaming it on someone else. We simply screwed up. I feel like identifying where we made the error, admitting, making restitution for it and doing everything we can to not make the same mistake again is the best approach.

after all the rivalry between dave and dan it feels sort of ironic that my ruffstuff heims are bolted to a set of ballistic brackets

This thread has really turned around.....good news!! I have to say that I have placed two orders with Ballistic, and everything went wonderfully!! I hope that the issue/issues have been addressed, and Dave and Ballistic can move on, and continue to offer quality parts and good prices!
