grab a 2 speed ford tarus fan (93-97????) it will have 3 wires coming from it instead of the normal 2.
It will fit perfectly in your mechanical fan shroud.
after that is said and down you need a relay to power a fuse to make sure it doesnt blow up lol and a temp switch.
I would put it on a 3 way toggle. that way you can run it manually or off the temp switch.
best of luck man. and do a write up on it if you can!

here is how to take off the mechanical fan
REMOVAL
Some engines have the mechanical fan/viscous fan drive assembly mounted directly to the water pump hub (Fig. 47). It may also be mounted to a hub/bear- ing attached to an aluminum bracket on the right front side of engine (Fig. 48).
(1) Loosen but do not remove at this time, the four fan hub mounting nuts (Fig. 47) xxxxxx (Fig. 48).
(2) Remove accessory serpentine drive belt. Refer to Belt Service in the Engine Accessory Drive Belt section of this group.
(3) Some models with certain engines may require the removal of the fan shroud to remove the viscous fan drive. The fan shroud and fan blade/viscous fan drive should be removed from the vehicle as one assembly.
(4) Remove four fan hub mounting nuts (Fig. 47) xxxxxxxxxx (Fig. 48) and remove fan/viscous fan drive assembly from vehicle.
(5) After removing fan blade/viscous fan drive assembly, do not place thermal viscous fan drive in horizontal position. If stored horizontally, silicone
Fig. 47 Water Pump Mounted Cooling Fan
Fig. 48 Bracket Mounted Cooling Fan
fluid in viscous fan drive could drain into its bearing assembly and contaminate lubricant.

oh wait. i know what you are talking about!!! it was a white cherokee. he had 2 pusher fans on the grill side and then the stock e-fan and mechanical fan on the engine side.
You can not use any stock fan as stock fans are puller's and what he had was 2 after market pusher fans.
the problem with that set up is if you do highway driving you need have them turned off as having them on will actually impede air flow.
I would honestly just replace the mechanical fan with the ford efan

the only time that fan would get turned on is when i am towing my trailer or out on the trails...i would put it on a switch i wouldnt hook it up to a temp sensor so it will not turn on automatically....what if i took the stock fan i have and put it there backwards

To be honest with you I don't see the point of a pusher, you are blocking radiator space and on a Cherokee with ac you are only cooling ac condesor not even the rad... I would take out your mechanical and replace it with a tarus fan and you will probably gain more cooling capabilities than having a stock reversed on the front... Not worth it since the stock e fans are whimpy... And you would still need the relays and wiring to run it either way

it pulls almost 100 amps on start up and 50-60 constant

correct. however we got it fit in the factory mechanical fan shroud with no issues. About 1/4" clearance all the way around. And if you run it on low it is a 76amp start up 40 amp constant load (verified by volt meter).
if you run it on high however.... it is a 100 amp start up and 65 amp constant load. For that you need an upgraded alt. But it is nice to have the 2 speed option if you ever decide to upgrade the alt then you have the ability to run the high speed.
it is 3100 cfm on low and 4000 cfm on high

Has anyone posted a "how to" about doing this? I want to switch out mine and have the donor car already, but can I take out my original e fan too? Is there any way to run the ford e fan off the original temp sensor?
