Default Edelbrock Performer Cylinder Head

Came across this today and figured some on here might be interested. I'm honestly surprised that Edelbrock would be doing this for the 4.0L.

They are making them for the 4.0L but they will not be available until early 2015.

Yes I will have them available on my site.

I don't know why they waited so long to make one.

The V-8 market is much bigger and offers better margins.

Yeah market is a big part of it,Indy started making a 12 valve cummins head last year. And that engine was last used in 98 but its like the small block chevy of the diesel world.

No, but it's a safe bet that they won't be cheap.
I'm doubtful that I'll sell many of of 'em...if any at all.

It says half price of the others.
I think a hesco is like 2000 can't recall and i can't recall Clearwaters price.
If its anywhere near half of that I think there will be a ton of orders but I think that is wishful thinking.

I'm concerned the price/performance gain won't be feasible.
