Default Electric fan

Has anybody of you switched the clutch fan for the electric fan? I would need to know if does it cool enough. I have on diesel just one big clutch fan, and I would use 2 electric fans. But not sure if is that enough, dont want to overheat the great italian engine.
Thanks

if you could find out what CFM that original fan flows, then make sure your 2 electric fans move the same amount of air. lots of perf. cars run electric fans. My fiend has a 71' Buick Skylark with a 350 built up, he changed up to a large electric fan from the belt driven one. he has coolant temp. sensors that turn it on about 190 degrees, works just great.
