ffdynamics.com has a triple fan set up and a aluminum radiator if you want one.

Thanks for that bit-o-info. That will be my next project.

my setup:

the fan:
96 volvo fan - same as taurus fan but easily removed from the main shroud , makes it very easy to fab a shroud or adapt to your stock shroud(which is what i did) these seem to be more plentiful than the 3.8 taurus fan

Fan Control:
temp switch - Beck Arnley 201-1266 Thermo Fan Switch(i bought this new) switches on low at 205 and high at 215, dont get much more perfect than that

volvo fan controlor - runs the high an low circuits for the fan and is a factory unit, can be had with all the wiring and plugs that go with it for a few bucks at the junk yard

-early ninties Saab 900 thermo switch t-housing from upper radiator hose(this was not easy to find), has the correct thread (M22x1.5 i believe) for the beck-arenly switch and is the right diameter for the xj upper rad hose

-pig tail for the thermo switch from an ancient VW or Audi( the one i bought was too corroded to use so i ended up spading each wire to each terminal on the thermo-switch instead of the fancy looking plug

heres the page on my build thread where i did it with a couple pics

^^ That's pretty similar to my setup. I still need to do some more electrical work but what I have now is very simple (link).
