Default Electrical issues HELP!!!

So- I have a couple electrical issues and idk how to solve them…

first off, my keyless entry module was disconnected when I got the Jeep, I plugged it in1-1/2 months ago and I come one day from work, and the electrical connection was black and caught on fire…the harness and everything, it blew a fuse, replaced it, gauges and stuff worked again (the dome lights and stuff are connected to the same fuse as the keyless entry, and ever since then I’ve had a problem with my door locks-

my door locks turn on my Jeep..YEP you heard me right, when I turn my door locks to lock or unlock, it acts as if I have the key to the on position besides the E-fans kicking on, it activates the guage cluster and fuel pump, you can even do the key dance with the door locks. 😂😂 they used to work and then they started doing that

windshield wiper fluid doesn’t work….sometimes..it’s been like this for a while, the pumps aernt bad, and everything seems good, besides the switch to the steering column doesn’t work most the time, and also the connections to the top of the fluid resivoir are rusty and stuff, dunno what it is, or what it goes to tho :/ sometimes it’ll work, but seems almost at random, no idea why

headlight, and door chimes don’t work, I would like to have the headlight chime back, just dunno what to look for, I know I have it, I got a build sheet and said I have a whole bunch of electrical features (country trim) but I’ve never had the chimes work, but would like it for the headlight switch cause I leave it on a lot 😅

my cruise control doesn’t work, it does have a broken throttle bracket, but I don’t hear the servos or anything kick on when I test it out on the Highway, I have no idea how to test it, or how it really works (I know you have to go 35 MPH+ for it to active that’s about it) the paint on the switch is worn off so it doesn’t say on/off or set or whatever it used to say

oil pressure guage jumps by like 20 PSI at a time and just seems random, I broke the little needle on it trying to fix it tho, so it doesn’t work like it used to, just wanted to know what may have been causing it to skip and jump around

and finally my horn sounds weak and cuts out, dunno if this is electrical, or if my horn just needs replaced, but yeah those are all the possible electrical issues I have! Any help would be very much appreciated, I would check the grounds, but my manual says to check the shields, kick panels and all that and I don’t know what those are, so no idea where to look!? I can send pictures and videos if wanted or needed, just lemme know!!
