Exact Decibel level of exhausts? For legal purposes...

Hi! I was just wondering whether or not anyone can tell me if a Flowmaster Super 44 or Super 40 is under 95 decibels or not? Or if Magnaflow would be better for this situation. Basically I want something a bit more aggressive, but still legal...Deep, smooth sounding is good, but a bit of gurgle never hurt haha. From what I've heard online, Magnaflows seem too mellow, but I don't want to be pulled over with a Flowmaster...Thanks in advance!

You won't be pulled over with a Super 40. I have one on my XJ, and it sounds awesome, but isn't too loud. It doesn't even drone really inside the Jeep, and I don't have carpets or insulation either. It comes alive when you really get on it.
