Smells like scam to me too. So........he supposedly has all the money up front but, wants to make payments of $400 a month? Anyone who'd fall for that deserves to be ripped off.

As a general rule, I won't even waste my time trying to sell something to, or buy something from, someone who can't be bothered with capitalization, punctuation, spacing, and/or spelling. That kind of thing is fine for texting and forum posts. But when money is involved and you want to be taken seriously, put forth a little flipping effort! It's often reflective of the amount of effort and attention to detail that you put into other things and how well you take care of your stuff. I'll never pretend to be a master of the English language, but holy ****e, the level of illiteracy in American society is truly frightening. Among other things, I handle hiring at my company, and literally only one our of every 30 resumes I receive would score a C+ or higher from a 6th grade English teacher.

Sorry. Went off on a tangent there. However...
