like for a ORV park? or like a US flag?
ORV flag i use a piece of angle iron bolted to the rear bumper works perfectly

usualy on the 4th of July i fly the flag on my cb antenna mast you can see the mount on the drivers side of that pic if you want better ones i can post them or check my build thread in my sig. it should be on the first page

It's $100 plus shipping. Uses all grade 8 hardware and is all steel. Here's a strength test I did on it with my hi-lift.

Actually, there's over $80 worth of material. I didn't use welds. The way I did it will hold for a lifetime. When there's a chance of the thing flying through someone's windshield, I didn't want to risk using weaker mounting options. You get everything you need except the hitch pin. It's painted and all.

I see you have the one picture, but how well does a flag work like that at any speed? I would think there would be too much turbulence to get it to fly out nice.
