In the process of doing a bumper giveaway and I learned that there are several states where stuff like this isn't allowed legally. Yes it's dumb, but they are just covering their own butts.

Probably some stupid tax reasons...just like they can't sell beer and wine/liquor in the same store in New Jersey.

I dunno guys. Nothing really throws a red flag up to me here. Seems like standard contest rules mumbo jumbo. I've never encountered a giveaway or contest where Florida is excluded... new territory to me.
