last one, paid $600, had 20,000 on a new crate motor, drove it for a few months without doing anything, then lifted it 4.5 and bedlinered the rockers and flairs, put 31s on it and wheels, welded rearend.
got this one today, 91 limited with leather, vent windows, factory limited slip i didnt know existed, and is fastest 6cyl jeep ive ever seen, I have no idea why, but busting the tires loose at anywhere below 55 in the rain is no problem haha, 65,000 on rebuilt motor.
I already slapped some old 31s on i had, stock tires were BALD

Man u guys are getting me upset with all these great deals...lol makes me feel like I got ripped. There are some great finds out there just need to keep looking. I bought my jeep for 2,100 with 162,000 miles its a 97 Had a new 3"lift new 29"general tires, new breaks shocks, springs. after market head and break lights no radio fresh tune up and air filter . I am still loving this jeep though. The guy I bought it from bought a new ford mustang and decided he didn't want the jeep anymore after buying all these mods I did have to put 200 into the exhaust though

I got a 97 Country this summer for $2500. Everything mechanically was sound, A/C blew cold, not a speck of rust or any signs of being on a dirt road, let alone off road.. Had to spend $50 on a window motor, $50 on a master window switch, and I fixed the ignition interlock (key was stuck in it) for free (cable came loose). Spent $500 on a set of 5 TJ Moabs with 245/75 BFG AT's that had about 80% tread and $80 on a Big Bob's 2" lift, and used some stock JK shocks I ad laying around to end up with this:

At the time, I thought it was a good deal.
1999 XJ Sport. 4.0 132k miles. Completely stock. Paid $3500 for it June of 2010. Seeing what other people paid, makes me think I paid just a little too much.
