Would it be better to drain all the fluids and flush or have my mom and dad crank it up every now and then? Since I have a full ride and a job on campus already I figure I'll be saving up plenty of money to dial in my baby so I can take it with me for the spring semester! All advice welcome. By the way, going to school in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts and currently reside just south of Daytona Beach, Florida which is one reason I'm not taking it yet!

4.0's are made to go go go. I'd personally just have my parents use it as a grocery getter once a week and have a buddy service it every 3 months

I used to leave my Galant VR4 off the road for the winter back when I lived in New York. I will just start it from time to time and let it warm up to operating temp. Did that for a number a years. I would leave the fluids in the Jeep. Only thing I would do is put fuel stableizer (sp) in the gas tank to prevent the fuel from jelling.

I didn't think about letting my mom actually drive it... Maybe my dad, MAYBE. But that might not be a bad idea. I'll have to get some new tires before I let my mom anywhere near it

air up tires, fuel stabilizer, battery tender and let her sleep or let your dad take it for a spin every now and then.
