So it turns out that one is partially wrecked. will need new bumpers and a new fender. Found this one though. It is more in my price range:

Wish there had been deals like that in my area.
I got a 98 4wd for 2500 but it has all kindsa tiny problems and it trully needs new tires. So all around to get it 100% ill prolly be out about 3500. :/

And that's before mods/upgrades.
