On the S10.. to change the #1 spark plug.. you have to remove the steering shaft.
to change the pitman arm.. you have to remove the steering box.

I don't know about this one.. Maybe I just havent reached that point yet, but so far my 93 XJ is FAR easier to work on than my 97 Chevy s10.

on a 1994 caprice, i was in a hurry, had a shop change the plugs.. took 10 hours, for plugs, eight of them.. the owner was embaressed that it took so long and only charged half of the labor.
