well i liked the bw due to all the screws/bolts being exposed for easy removal.

As long as your rig has flares and you're not running a 12" wide wheel, or reverse offset (lol), the cops probably won't even bother you.

Never know. Most US cops will not bother you but Montreal police might be more strict. I have not had the pleasure of meeting one of them so I wouldnt know myself. Have to take the op by his word that any exposed tread will get him a ticket

I spoke with an offroad shop owner and he said they aren't that strict, but for it to be 100% legal threads need to be covered. Ill just take my chances and try not to be doing anything illegal when getting pulled over

Well if the police are not that strict then I would do whatever you want and just behave and not give them a reason to write you up for it. If you get hassled too much just put some Bushwacker Flat flares, they look good IMO
