First disconnect the power from the doors. Then just push the pins from the hinge out and they should come off. As for the power there should be a plug somewhere

Take the door panel off. Be careful and try not to break any of the clips. U may need to remove the door handle panel. Then check out that is underneath. Or if nothing else works, cut all or the wires and strip the ends on both sides and make your own plugs. Like a plug and play type system.
