So at some point I'll be herculining my Jeeps plastic caps,fenders,and bumpers. I got to thinking about the wheel wells...
Never used it first hand so maybe I'll look stupid asking but could I take the plastic covering out and line the wheel wells to serve the same purpose?

I used Herculiner in my pickup truck bed when I put it back together and was completely unimpressed by it. I followed their prep directions perfectly, but still had peeling and spots where it's just degraded over time and come off.

Just my two cents, but I have no faith in that product.
