Best way to do it is to get the relay kit with the HIDs so you can pull power directly from the battery. The relay kit has a connector that will plug into one of the original headlight plugs (this is the trigger for the relay) Then once you pull the light ****, it sends a low pull signal to the trigger on the relay, which then activates the relay and pulls power straight from the battery.

Its a very easy setup even with the relay. All you should have to do it run a +12v to the relay (comes with harnesses and should have a ring terminal to put on battery) a ground to the relay, and 2 grounds for the ballasts which also should have the ring terminals on them.

any questions let us know, id be glad to help

I don't know what power the bulbs in the sealed beam units draw, but HIDs draw less than the stock Halogens so unless your sealed beams use less than 55W you won't really need the relay setup.

My XJ has H4 as standard but I won't put HIDs in it until I can find some projector headlights that don't suck (and are available for RHD).

I love my 4300k 55w HIDS in my E30, they're the best mod for the money imo.

You need to order hi/low bulbs to get the relay, otherwise you just get the single beam hi or low bulb, not the combination like you need.

Hey guys i ordered a set from hidnation.com for my srt8 and they work great! The only thing is that i had to order the relay and the canceller for my hid's to work.. the representative over the phone helped me through the whole installation and even sent me extra diagrams on how to install these things.. Just thought that i would let you all know, i had a good experience from them and these lights are pretty legit!!
