I would take the black wire off the horn solenoid and ground it somewhere to the Jeep.
Then take the red wire that comes off the solenoid and run it to the single positive wire coming off one of the horns..(put a fuse with the red wire just in case)

That way it honks with the normal horn on the steering wheel.

well I really don't want to replace the normal horn... This thing is a little loud to be used as a regular horn imo, I want to reserve it for idiots and friends. And for some reason both wires out of the solenoid are red? But I just tried one grounded and one hot, and it worked. Kinda strange. Back to the point I have it so the switch is on the hot wire, and my cigarette lighter doesn't work anyway (unplugged for powering my cb and a couple LED lights) so I want to turn it into the switch so people don't know what switch honks the horn. Also I can take the cigarette lighter out and it will disable the horn so a friend can't blow it while I'm working on my jeep. It's like how some people turn it into a push button start.

even if I didn't think it was too loud my parents do and they would kill me if I used it as my normal horn.

Alright so at school this morning I showed my friend my train horn, then went inside and everyone was coming up to me telling me that an administrator was looking in my jeep.... Could I get in trouble at school for having this horn?

I doubt the administration has any sort of authority over what kind of horn you have on your jeep. I use my PA at school all the time. Havent had any problems with admin.
