I have a Subaru. I have a set of Supertones waiting to go into it when I find the time. They fit the Subaru. I wouldn't ever insult my XJ that way, though.

Hey, I'm German and their tone reminds me of the Fatherland and the autobahn. Good German company also. My Jeep has a thick skin

The horns on my 91 were broken when I got it, full of mud and junk. I got one of them working but the other never came back and rattled like a rock inside. I bought a couple of late model horns at the junkyard and they are higher tone, much wimpier sound than the originals. I've been meaning to get another pair of the old ones for the deeper sound.

Any GM horn will work. Cadillacs have four horns of different notes (tuned) and sound pretty good, junkyards are full of them. Truck horns are deeper, more appropriate for a jeep.

Move them high up into the fender well, and point the horn down so they can drain out, maybe drill a drain hole
