How common is abs brakes on 97-99 cherokees ?

My '91XJ has a d35. Lifted 3.5. Had 31's for the first year.Pinion bearing went bad. I got a d35 out of an '88 XJ (no c clip).Have had 33's on it since I changed the rear for three years now. No problems. Oh, and I BEAT THE LIVING CRAP OUT OF IT!!
