sorry i was in a rush i had somewhere i needed to be and i sorta wanted to do this first but, i did not install the rear axle i installed the mirror although i was told it is an 8.8, and similar but not good enough for 7, that was a poor way of separating the different things,

I have a 89 jeep Cherokee I6 4.0 4wd full and part, the paint is rough but I have yet to find rust, there is a 4'' inch lift installed with skyjacker hydro shock absorbers, rancho RS5000 steering stabilizer, aftermarket JVC radio with aux and usb ports, CB with 102'' whip antenna, aux lights with switch installed in the dash, rock sliders, 32'' BFG all terrain tires that are close to needing replacement, trailer hitch, removable driver side door and in NC you need all mirrors so i installed a CJ mirror, and ford 8.8 rear axle, dont want to sell but need a truck for work
$2500-3200 around here. Insurance gave me $4490 for my old 99 XJ 2wd 140k miles, but it was pristine/mint factory condition. The people that say $1k are crazy, don't listen to 'em....
Don't sell it for less then 2500.... hold firm. I know I overpaid for mine considering it's condition, but that's because I really wanted it and had been searching for weeks..... I would sell mine for $3500.... I paid $4300.

It will definitely depend on what cherokees are going for in your area and if someone wants some or most of the mods you have done to it. There is an 87' with similar mods on craigslist near me for 4500. Who knows if he will get it but that's what it is listed for.

the problem with most 'built' cherokee's like that being sold on CL is that they were built like crap and now someone is trying to get rid of their junk that they cant afford to fix. it literally comes down to quality of parts vs. how knowledgeable the buyer is.
