Uh I probably have about 4,500-5,000 into mine not counting what's to come (paint, windshield, tie rod bar, sway bar & links, quarter armor, and more).

I've figured this one out with my friend awhile ago.

1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo: $800 + Used Tranny: $300 (reason why Jeep was so cheap on the first place)
Fog Lights: $25
Tires & Rims: $900
Tranny #2: $250
New Pinstripe: $40
Vinyl Repair: $40
Alpine Amplifier: $250
JVC Stereo: $150
2 Pioneer 12" Subs: $200
Used Box: $80 (bought from friend)
Suspension Lift: $360
Driver Axle Joint: $120
Passenger Fender: $50 + Damaged Windows: $50 (from jerk welding by my Jeep)
New Floor Carpets: $40
New Battery: $70
New Exhaust: $60
Rockers: $150 (they were totally rusted out)
Tranny #3: $300

This isn't including all the oil changes, oil filters, gas filters, air filters, or any other type of routine maintenance.

This spring I need a throttle sensor and I'm going to be touching up on rust. There's not too much to do anymore. I'm thinking avoid getting a push bar or chrome door handles, gas cap, mirror covers, and the back hatch handle.

Anyone have any other ideas or suggestions?

Paid 1550 for it, have 1500 into it (950 of that is the lift, shocks, and Aussie locker that aren't in yet) so just about 3k so far. I added everything up one day and I figure it'll be 7k all together by the time I'm satisfied.

$500 for the title to the carcass
$50 for the flatbed that pulled it out of the snowbank behind the guys barn and dropped it in my garage.
$40 for the Mopar upper door hinge repair brace (including tool rental)
$85 for all the missing brake parts.
$50 for a new distributor
$50 for assorted cap/rotor/plugs/oil
$20 for heat-sealing wire butt splices that I will be putting on later today.
Two weeks in the garage every day after work. (priceless time spent with tools in hand)

Still needs a few odds and ends, but with any luck i'll be driving it by sundown.

Not too bad for less than $800
