Default I am new here, help me roar!

I drive a 96 Cherokee Laredo with 234,000 on the OD. My Jeep is in great shape but it has a few little ticks that perturb me.

My blinkers have a tendency to stop working. I know it is at the fuse box since I can giggle it and they start working again. I am guessing the wires are pulling loose on the back side, is this a common problem? Is it easy or hard to pull the fuse box and clean them all up?

I like to keep my Jeep mostly stock. I like the road reliability but yet I can go off road if needed.

In the next year I am doing a complete rebuild.

I am going to redo the roof liner and interior, who is a good place to get the parts from?

I am going to redo all the bushings, springs and suspension but only to stock levels, who has the best bushings? Do the springs that are sold at O'Reilly and Auto Zone do ok or should I get them from Chrysler?

I will eventually rebuild my transmission but I have a friend who can do that.

My motor I will machine and rebuild but what are some good up grades for a stock rebuild. What are these 4 hole injectors from a neon all about? I have seen people offer to bore the throttle body to straight thru 60mm, does that rune some of the torque curve? What is a good air intake system to let it breath better.

I am not going to lift my Jeep but what are some bigger tires I can run on this with out rubbing?

I have a set of stock Jeep wheels and I am going to sand blast them and powder coat them black, has anybody here done this and how does it look.

When I put 31 x 10.5 tires on my 96 they rubbed real bad until I had the lift.

If your headliner is sagging, an easy "fix" is to install thin flexible wood strips from side to side jamming them in above the metal trim. Easy to do. If you don't mind the Conestoga Wagon look. Works for me. And I am not too ambitious about removing the interior trim to re-glue a headliner in.

Have fun. Lots of parts and mods are out there.
