One of the wheels I had from the start were bent, so I only had 3 basically haha and I just didn't care for them..I can't seem to get your pictures to load on my dang phone.. If I ran the turbines, id be picky and try to find a nice set, ones that still had a good shine to them, which sucks cause there's probably 2 full sets and the junkyard, with center caps but I have no money...

You're right in saying that chips won't clean up, obviously lol. But a wire wheel would take care of a lot of damage, even if they're pitted. I'm not saying they're going to look brand new, but you could definitely improve on some neglected wheels.
