Default installed napier precision flares on my xj

Sorry for the bad pics... I finished at midnight lol...started at 10 in the morning.
all in all a great product. Fairly simple installation too. Here's a couple teaser pics...

Question for you, now on the second pic down i see its a 2 piece flare but does it not attach to the door. Maybe im looking at it wrong but wondering what the point of that is, on their design

If you moved it up on the door then the flare wouldn't match the body line?????? Plus stock flares mount below the door??? Defiantly need more pictures.

Well as fate would have it, I did screw up. They are suppose to be attached to the doors... will report back once they're fixed....

Update. Ok everyone, I installed the rears incorrectly. I feel like a total idiot, but the directions weren't very clear. My fault regardless. I moved them up and now they're perfect.
