Default IRONMAN4x4FAB.COM REVIEW for custom work

Okay let me start by saying that ANDY gets a big thumbs up in my book. I placed a order for 8 adjustable short arms for my ZJ. after placing the order i realized I wanted long arms up front. I gave andy a call and his responce was " i want you the customer to be truely happy with my product lets change your order to what you need" I mean WOW thats awesome customer service!!! He then asked me if I wanted to test his Prototype arms, a new design he has been working on, I said sure. He assured me they would be the beefiest arms I have seen and he was right!!! 2.0" .281 wall DOM. Although it took abit of time to get the arms he kept me updated through the whole process. and any time he wanted to try something he KNEW would improve the arm design and strength, He would call me and ask me my opinion. That means alot to me, honestly it does, it shows he cares about his customers opinions. His welds are great. the arms fit perfectly into spec for what i was looking for. The powder coating is amazing. If you want true american made quality work order from andy. If you want some off the shelf part with horrid customer service that will most likely break mall crawlin, order elsewhere.

I've heard nothing but good about this guy. Him and www.Kevinsoffraodmanufacturing.com. Kevin is supposedly one of the best in the business, and his craftsmanship is superb.
