Any reason you are going to run JK axles? What tire size are you going with? The fronts are pretty undesirable, IMO. Weak tubes, weak inner C's, factory balljoints leave something to be desired, all new brackets, and the 5x5 bolt pattern. Those are just some very common things i have seen become issues for several guys in my club. Just figured there were better options out there for a cool shop build.
I dont think a "bolt on 4 link" kit is feasible. You'd have to weld in axle link mounts, shock mounts, coil buckets on the axle and frame, new bumpstops, and several of these factors are affected by lift height.
I bet you guys could come up with some nice stiffners (I'd offer them in 10 gauge and a heavier middle section as an option). I have the D&C extreme interior cage kit in my rig. As most other weld in cage kits out there for the XJ's, they are all starter kits. Granted i dont run carpet or a headliner in my Jeep anymore, but you could offer a better fitting cage. Several of the angles could have been improved. One of the benefits to their design is that most of the pieces i have added were straight (if i had a bender i wouldnt have needed a starter cage kit). I can get some pics of it if you are interested. Offering it in HREW and DOM wouldn't be a bad idea either. Last thing I'd like to see is your take on a nice long arm kit. Radius arms or a 3 link with a 3 piece crossmember. Ya'll make some pretty cool products, i'd love to see your spin on a couple more.
