Jeep Got Beat Up.
I was at Hogwaller a local mud bogg. I was having a great day. My jeep was pulling very well with the new TSL's. The day was almost perfect until this guy with a truck on tractor tires decided to run into me. I do not know what to do. Try to fix this or find one with a good body and swap my stuff on to it.

Well when you enter this place you have to sign a paper to stating you have to take care of you own stuff. So, I cant make him do anything he doesnt want to do. I would have been a man about it if it were me that hit him but he couldnt man up.

I doubt that the release form is intended to protect anyone other than the owner/operator of the area you were wheeling in. The other driver is still liable for any all damage to your vehicle. Lawyer-up and get the guy to pay for repair or replacement.

Ok, by that logic then....buy a Jeep with a good body and transfer the after market parts over.....then take this one back to the bog and find the guy that hit you. Then proceed to engage him in a one on one demo derby.....the same waver that protected him will protect you......

i would call him up and tell him what its going to cost him to repair it. If he dosen't then call your insurance and file an uninsured motorist claim against him. Then the insurance company will go after him and only cost you about $400 until the insurance gets the money from him. Then they will reimburse you. Been there done that.

look at it from my point of view. at least your jeep has more character now! mine has a lot of character! id make him pay for it.
